Access to resources is a membership benefit. Membership fees protect the contributions shared amongst the member community.

There are many benefits including: access to excellent professional development from people “in the field” acesss to very reasonably, economical and time efficient professional development and support support from colleagues including clinical supervision, materials, ideas, resource personnel relevant to international school counselling access to school counselling knowledge and skills that will benefit your practice particularly relevant and useful for those new to international school counselling, the SE Asia region and those who may be the only counselor in their school. obvious benefits that come from discussing/sharing your experiences as an international school counselor opportunity to share where future jobs/opportunities/trends may occur

It is a yearly membership because there are yearly costs running the association (eg conference costs, hosting the website, payment for auditing the association)
